Dubai and India Boycott Seaworld With Recent Petition - Is Seaworld Falling Apart?

Activists in the United States could not make their disdain for SeaWorld any clearer... this may be the reason why SeaWorld are seeking to go international.

However - this may not seem as easy of a transition as it seems. Many animal activists including Melanie Barrett suggested that Dubai would be a quite obvious location for SeaWorld to open in - so she started a petition to try to stop them in their tracks. So far, this petition has gathered over 100,000 signatures!

“ SeaWorld speaks so excitedly about plans to open a Middle East park but how do you think the whales feel about that? Do you think the whales are excited to be crane lifted into a jumbo jet and flown half way across the world only to be put in another tank in the middle of the desert?” as United Arab Emirates media outlets reported.

If this petition gains as much traction as it is expected - then SeaWorld might have yet another issue n their hands, and if SeaWorld refuses to budge in relation to the health and safety of their animals, we may be seeing the bankruptcy of SeaWorld.
